Both of the above two mentioned books are best recommended by toppers for the preparation for JEE advance. So you must go with any of the two mentioned books - Arihant and Disha - and you must focus on solving the maximum of the problems as you can.
The topics of JEE Main and Advance are 95% same. Topics such as Mathematical Reasoning, Semiconductors, etc. are excluded from Advance Syllabus. However, nothing is excluded from chemistry. So you gotta study everything in Chemistry.
