As per the cutoffs released for various categories, the cutoff for ST category is fixed at 44.4 percentile to qualify for JEE mmain to JEE advanced. Anyone belonging to ST category scoring equal to or more than 44.4 percentile is eligible for JEE advanced. So as per your

if you have given jee main paper 1 and have score and rank card you can get admission in dtu, nsuit, pec etc.

I would like to tell you that unlike previous years, this year the cut off would be based on the NTA score which is a percentile measure of the students’ performance.

In JEE Mains results card, there is no inclusion of state rank. JEE Mains result card show the CRL(Common Rank List) which is provided to all the candidates who appeared in the examination. Also the category ranks are given to the category students as well.
It hasn't been released yet. Only after the official cutoff has been released by NTA, will we get to know how many students have gotten selected for Advance, out of which we will also get to know how many girls have been selected for the same.
