But do wait for NTA to release it's official cutoff. They will be released through online mode itself.

In JEE Advance application form, Category certificate means the certificate of the category you belong to, whether it is OBC, SC/ST or PWD. Candidates nned to upload certificate proof of the category they belong. If you belong to the general category then no certificate is required to be uploaded.

It depends on through which you want to go . They will accept the both.
Opting M.Tech after B.Tech is a good choice. This increases your knowledge and experience of working with tools. Which ultimately add a positive point for your placements. You would get a good and higher post if your are a PG candidate. And you may also get an opportunity to work
