Sorry to say that you are not eligible for JEE Advanced examination with this much score of 71.9 percentile in JEE Mains examination through general category. Your percentile score is far away from the actual cutoff of JEE Advanced. I will suggest you to take a year drop.

You can change your category as you will have to fill the application form again when you are applying for JEE Advance .At that time you can fill the form for EWS section but you must have a certificate for that .At the time of form fill up

Same situation but now jee advance website can't recognise my roll no so i cant sign in into it and upload ews ,So i can't take part in advance :(
