Sorry but you can't apply for IIT barch because one needs to give Jee Mains paper 1 and qualify for Jee Advanced and then clear Jee Advanced and also clearJee Main Papaer 2 Barch and then apply for AAT nad qualify it.

I would like notify you that JEE advanced and JEE mains are entirely different. I've personaly observed many top ranking aspirants having rank around 20k or even over 30k in mains getting a position

You can get books for preparation. For physics, mathematics and chemistry and practise along the previous year question papers. All the questions asked is something of application level but using basics. You should solve a lot of problems in all the 3 subjects in order to crack JEE.

Your daughter may not be able to get a college through Joosaa counselling, but she may get a private university or other university for which she have applied or given the exam. I will suggest her to take a year drop and prepare well for the examination again
