Hello, hope you are doing well, the answer to your question cannot be told in terms of percentage of marks but it is generally in terms of ranks. Like if you want top IIT's your rank should be very low (59-666). The mentioned rank is for the stream of cse.

See caste certificate which is registered in the state is only applicable when the caste is recognised in the caste certification rank. U should be having the certification with the DC of the district in which u ahve applied for as highest authority is required for the exam.

If you have score more than 67 marks in jee mains, then you will be eligible for jee advance & Acc. To your percentile, you will be not eligible for jee advance. But just wait for official rank which will be announced soon by NTA. You can also try
