Absolutely not,but it's just when you are allotted any branch in any institute,then you have to pay 45k if your from general category as seat acceptance fee.

In JEE Advanced 2018 the qualfying  minimum aggregate marks for the SC 

candidate was firstly announced is 63 but after revised minimum aggregate marks

it become 45 for SC candidate ,while minimun marks in each subject was 6
