See right now it is impossible to predict which rank u will get or what will be the cut off for the GEN or SC category in the JEE ADVANCED exam as the pattern and the total marks changes every year. It can only be said once u

First check it again if you can get it otherwise no problem .Just your application will be transfered to general category. You can get help regarding this from the official helpline contacts of jee main. You can get this contacts from jee main official portal and it will be better
