In CSAB rounds the CRL Rank is considered rathar than that of Category Rank. However, the reservation seats are to be filled up by the reserved candidates and not by General/UR. The Rank may go very below for SC/ST/OBC candidates than that of UR candidates.

Hello Vishal, Dropping two year for Jee main is not a good decision. This step have lots of disadvantages: 1. You are two year lag behind your schoolmates. 2. Jee main is not too tough exam so it will require two more year time to prepare for it after class

You have good rank in JEE advanced you should go for IIT anyways. You can choose branch of your choice. If you are getting branch of your choice in newer slightly newer IITs, you should accept that. You will not regret in future.
