It depends upon the JEE Main and JEE Advance cut offs, If You manage to qualify the exam by achieving the cut off, You can apply for JOSAA Counselling. It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/FEMALES/OBC category is lower than the general category

Doing Engineering is not the Only option available after XII with Maths stream. There are various Avenue and fields that are available after XII. You could go for research area and do research in the field of Nanotechnology, Quantum Physics, etc. You can also become professor in reputed institute

Hope you are doing great. See, rank and percentage does vary every year due to different hardness of question papers, number of candidates appeared for the examination and so many other factors. So, it can not be predicted like that, exactly. Now, JEE Advanced does not declare CRL rank.
