If the rank mentioned by you is your OBC rank then you have no chance in any of the colleges through JOSAA counselling but if it is your CRL rank then you can go for some of the GFTIs but note that CSE branch is much difficult on

As you say that you got rank 43000 in Jee main and you are in sc category . You surely get Nit hamipur , Nit AGARTALA , nit Mizoram , nit Nagaland , nit Jamsedpur .

As you didn't mentioned your rank, category and domicile state; So I'm considering you in general category. According to the percentile mentioned, you have a very low chance to get any NITs or IIITs or GFTIs. But you may have chances to get a seat in state engineering

I have to tell you that you may not get any college with 48 percentile.

There are only 20k seats in nits and you rank is probably in lakhs. So assuming you are a general quota student you won't get anything.
