Yes, bsc 1st year or any other student can give jee main and advanced depending upon 12th passing year.

Yes, you can drop partially i. e you can get admission in your bsc and parallely prepare for jee main and jee advanced.

You will have to put some extra efforts because you will have to manage to jee  preparation and your bsc studies.
