Actually the number of attempts made by you is not the right thing to judge your eligibility for JEE main because earlier jee main was conducted twice a year and so one had a total of six attempts whereas  now from this year it is conducted 4 times a

With your 12th passing year in 2020, you  were eligible for JEE  main 2020 , you are eligible for jee main 2021 , and also will be eligible for JEE  main 2022
