No, not as such. The syllabuses are almost same as that of the 12th class, the chapters are mostly same. Just difficulty level changes a bit, so they'll definitely be taught in jee mains classes as well. But there are some topics that are unique in Jee advanced like nuclear

You can apply for JEE mains 2021 May session, the application Window for the same has not been released
