As you mentioned that you have got 77.28 percentile in jee mains. Considering you as a general candidate I don't think you would be able to grab any nit because the cut off is too high as compared to your percentile.

With a CRL of 17k in JEE Main, your OBC NCL Rank would be anywhere near 3-3.5k. At this rank you may preferably choose any branch at NIT Andhra Pradesh, your Home State NIT. As far as Other Good NITs are Concerned, you will preferably get CSE at NIT Jamshedpur,

Yes of course you can do so if you have applied for remaining attempts of JEE-Main 2021. If you want to make any correction then make it before April 4th 2021, after this you will not be allowed to make any correction before application process of May 2021.
