I hope you are doing good. I would like to know you that at your percentile your estimated rank would be around 147000 . At this rank you holds very low chances of getting admission in top NITS And IITs. You can go for private and state universities by giving their entrances . After seeing your percentile my personal advice is that to prepare for next attempt with full dedication to do better and score above 90
