As per the rules of ICET, candidates with backlogs are eligible to write the exam but to participate in counsleling they must clear their backlogs. this is applicable for both APICET and TSICET . so you cannot participate in counselling until you have result of your previous backlogs.

Cut off is different for each college and it varies from branch to another also the cut off is different for each category so it is difficult to put the cut off for each and every college,for an oms candidate (outside Maharashtra Student) then only 15% seats are reserved
