1. NIT JALANDHAR
2. NIT BHOPAL
3. NIT AGARTALA
4. NIT DURGAPUR

You have to consider in mind that these cutoffs can vary so largely because CSAB only

I don't think you need a Transfer Certificate for admission into NITs or IITs. If it is needed you may visit your school to collect another. There won't be huge problem I guess. You need following documents for Document Verification. You need to upload these documents online.
