can i get any college in 6380 st category rank in jee mains in 2020?

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you can get some of the NITs like NIT Hamirpur, NIT Calicut and likewise if and only if you deserves home state quota for them as per previous year's cut-offs but yes if you don't deserves it then I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
