So, as per the director of NTA they are planning to conduct the JEE for 2021 on time, i.e twice a year , one in January 2021 and the other in April 2021. However, all this things are tentative as the September JEE 2020 was postponed thrice .

See till now there is no any fresh dates have been announced for JEE-Main 2021 and the updated syllabus is still not released so we cannot help you out with the new syllabus until and unless NTA releases it. However you can get idea through the syllabus of
