Can I get into NIT Durgapur with 75.09 percentile in JEE MAIN for ECE? I belong to OBC-NCL category of West Bengal.

Shudhanshu Gupta Student Expert 31st Aug, 2020
Hello.
At your mentioned percentile your approximate all India rank would be around : 216,470 and last year cutoff in NIT Durgapur for ECE branch went around 13k so with this comparison you don't have chances of getting into NIT Durgapur for ECE branch.

I dont have obc certificate. Can I get admission in nits, gftis during josaa counselling?

Pawandeep Kaur 10th Jul, 2020

Hi dear,

Without certificate, you cannot get admission under OBC category.

Byt if you have good scores ,you can get admissions under general category but for sure cut offs would be high for general category.

Best Wishes!!
