As per the query asked by you if you want to go for jac delhi then you can go for it. As you have paid the counselling fee for csab and if you have reported for the college then you would get your refund in around 3-4 days after deduction of 5k.

So, don't worry for the refund . You will surely get it.

Yes , you can upload the sc caste certificate in josaa counseling but be very careful to do the certificate exactly in the same format as josaa has instructed . This is just to avoid any kind of problems during the counseling process.

I don't think it is now possible to download the seat acceptance letter for the josaa counselling 2020. Actually the counselling process and the admission procedure is considered valid only when it is completed within the the mentioned time period that is around 10 to 15 days after the final round. So there is no use of that acceptance letter as of now and hence it would not be available on the the official website of JoSSA. If your seats stands cancelled due to delay in payment of partial admission fee but you have paid it then you will surely get it refunded. Jossa already takes your bank account details early so that they can refund money in such cases so you need not to worry.

JOSAA  is a major counseling allowing students to take admission in top Engineering colleges all over the country, so there are many students like you who already opted out from the counseling. So it is not possible to give refunds to all students one by one. Once the counseling ends, under the time period of 1-2 months all refunds will be processed, so there is no need to worry.

Since you have mentioned that you got 8652 crl rank in JEE mains 2021 , the chances for you to get a seat in one of the top NITs is very High .

Csab refund policy :

1. If no seat is allotted to candidate in the Special Rounds, then the Participation Fees will be refunded after deducting processing fee of Rs 1,500.
2. If no seat is allotted to the candidate in the Special Round 1 and candidate withdraws from CSAB Special round 2, then your Participation Fees will be refunded after deducting processing fee of Rs 1,500.
3. If candidate got seat allotted in Special Round 1 and opts for surrender and participating in next round and does not get seat in Special Round 2 then the participation Fees and Seat Acceptance Fee (if paid) will be refunded after deducting Rs 5,000.
4. If candidate a seat allotted in Special Round 1 and opts for surender and not participating in next round, then your Participation Fees and Seat Acceptance Fee (if paid) will be refunded after deducting Rs 5,000

If you do not get a seat in the counseling rounds, you will be deducted Rs. 2000 from your paid fees and get the remaining full fees.

It does not matter whether you upload your caste certificate of state or center but it needs to be valid and authorized by a District level officer. So your certificate is valid for JEE.
