JEE advanced does not allow change in category as mentioned in their FAQs section. When you attend the counselling for Josaa you will be considered a general category candidate only and the seat allocation will be done based on that category.

See PwD means Person with Disability. Now as you know there are PwD candidates and they also belong to different reservation category as well. So Open PwD means that a candidate who is a PwD and belong to the unreserved category. similarly there are SC-PwD, ST-PwD etc.

As it's clearly mentioned in JEE Advanced 2021 information brochure that your certificate must be issued on or after 01.04.2021 and according to JoSAA previous year brochure, you must have the certificate issued on or after 01.04.2021, so you have to submit a new certificate.
