The JOSAA mock allotment  and the real seat allotment that is round 1  , differs some time that you may even get  your home state college but at sometimes it may  differ ,so the important thing you must do now is to lock the seat allotted to you

Yes you can definitely participate in csab counselling even if you get a seat in josaa counselling. You should note that if you have paid the seat acceptance fee during josaa counselling then you will not be required to pay the seat acceptance fee again if you get a seat

JEE advanced does not allow change in category as mentioned in their FAQs section. When you attend the counselling for Josaa you will be considered a general category candidate only and the seat allocation will be done based on that category.
