JoSAA conducts total seven rounds of counselling. Incase you want to withdraw your seat you can do it only till the sixth round. After the last round no one can withdraw their seat after a seat is allotted to them instead the seat continues with the candidates name and

See if you take admission for the allotted seat in round 6th of JOSAA counselling then you will not be allowed to participate for further rounds which means that you cannot participate for CSAB counselling. Also note that CSAB is only responsible for admission in the supernumerary seats
