HI. Nothing happens if you don't withdraw from 6th round. Your seat is temporarily confirmed and then you have to pay the partial admission fees to actually confirm it. After that , you need to check the engineering institute's website where you will be guided to submit the required documents

If you have given the partial admission fees, then your josaa seat will be retained with you. Now, as you are retaining your josaa seat, then you can participate in csab special round counseling.
