University of Hyderabad offers MA Communication(Media Practice) and MA Communication(Media Studies) only for which the eligibility criteria is passed graduation in any stream from a recognized university securing 55% aggregate, there is entrance test conducted separately for each consisting of sections such as general knowledge, current affairs, media awareness, logical reasoning, English language and analytical skills followed by written test of 15 marks and personal interview of 25 marks, at ug level there is no course in Journalism or mass communication,check out at http://acad.uohyd.ac.in/couInt.html for more details regarding this.

JNU, Delhi only offers foreign languages in undergraduate courses which you can check out at https://www.jnu.ac.in/academic-undergraduate-program

However, JNU Jaipur offers BA Journalism and Mass Communication for which the eligibility criteria is passed 10+2 in any stream from a recognized board, admission is based on the merit of the qualifying examination followed by personal interview, and the eligibility criteria for BA(Hons) English is passed 10+2 in any stream stream securing 45% aggregate from a recognized board, admission is same as that of above merit basis on qualifying exam plus personal interview, if you're interested to apply, you can register at jnujaipur.ac.in

It is divided into four semesters (i.e., 2 semesters per year) and each semester consists of a well designed course structure that focuses on various areas in the field of Mass Communication. It is Osmania University, Hyderabad in St Joseph's Degree and PG College, Hyderabad. A candidate who has passed a Bachelor's degree of 3 years duration relevant stream or equivalent under 10+2+3 pattern from any recognized university is eligible for this course. So yes you can do PG in Journalism after B.A in History.
