if i dont do BA(honrs ) in korean in (JNU ) should i direct apply for M.Phil korean , But I am english with journalism student should apply for it?

Yes you are eligible. Since you have your engineering course you are eligible to take up another graduation. Graduation in general requires only 12th as the minimum qualification , so you can do either do BA in Journalism/Mass communication/ Mass Media /Journalism and Communication Studies /Journalism and Advertising /Media Science  and many more.You can even do diploma courses in various areas of journalism if not interested in graduation. Just find out a good college and approach them regarding admission procedure. You can do in distance mode if regular is not possible.You must check for eligibility criteria in the official website of the college to know the minimum age limit.
