I HAVE PASSED JRF CSIR-UGC NET -JUNE 2019 IN EWS CATEGORY, I have got the JRF certificate also, but will it necessory to show ews certificate at the time of Ph.D admission in the university or insttitute , or I can apply in general catagory for ph.d in the university?

If you have applied for JRF CSIR- UGC NET examination as an EWS candidate then you will be considered as ews candidate and you will have to show your valid document proofs too.
Incase if you don't have it or if it expires and you are facing delay in

Yes, definitely you can pursue PhD without qualifying JRF, but you need to qualify the written tests and interviews of the respective Universities of Institutes. In this case, the entire expenses of pursuing PhD shall have to be borne by you unless you have a sponsor.

For JRF you need to clear UGC NET exam which is conducted twice in a year. For JRF candidate should be below 30 years and thus the competition is high. Check the previous year questions and patterns and then start prepare accordingly. Do give mocks from the official website also
