If you are comparing these two options, you can choose JSS Academy of Technical Education. Both the colleges are very good as far as academics, placements and college campus is considered. But they usually have higher average pay packages in JSS Academy of Technical Education as compared to KLE Technological University.

In JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida, there exists a fee waiver for students with annual family income less than 6 lacs. You can apply for this waiver during counseling rounds. The candidate must submit the required documents as proof of the income (Income Certificate) to be eligible for the fee waiver seats.

As per your rank in ComedK 2019, you are not likely to get ECE in JSS Academy of Technical Education, Bangalore even by the last round (second round). The cut-off rank for ECE in the institute is around 9000 for open state qouta. But you can get ECE in other colleges under ComedK. Good luck.

With rank, you can be assured of getting any branch except Computer Science and Engineering. 

If you wanna consider my advice and don't have a personal preference, I would suggest you to go for Electronics and communication engineering.

JSS grants admission on the basis of UPSEE  or management quota. It is the best private college affiliated to AKTU. It's rank is below the government colleges affiliated to AKTU but no other private college is as good as JSS. The placement and infrastructure is quite good there for all the branches. I would point you out the pros and cons of JSS Noida and JSS Bangalore and leave it to you for further judgements.

JSS Noida has been established for a while now and being a part of UPTU enterance examination, it has established a name for itself atleast in the said area. The placements are of fine UPTU standards. Way less than IIT, NIT, BITS but not so bad either of you are in CSE or EEE. There's absolute grading which is a negative point and the student culture is a big no due to several instances of negative peer pressure.

JSS Bangalore has had settlement issues given its unoriginal establishment. But being in the silicon valley of India, it enjoys all the location factor it wills in favour of its placements. The number and percentage of placements is whelming but not the amount.

Yes you will get a college for sure in UPTU as in UPTU/AKTU seats are way more then the no. Of applicants. At 18K you can get some good private colleges in Delhi-NCR as well as Lucknow and Allahabad (prayagraj). Some Top Private Colleges in AKTU are

1-GL Bajaj-Noida

2-BBD" Lucknow"

3- Sri Ramswaroop-Lucknow

4-Galgotia

Hello Umadevi, you have a decent rank in COMEDK, but unfortunately it does not make you eligible for most of the college. Even government college is quite impossible but still there are many private college which are way better than most of the government college. So, I will suggest to look for good private college.
