Both the college has good rating and reviews also. You can go for CSE for better scope. It will be a easy way for you to get a placement easily. In ECE you can get an placement a bit difficult as you have to study CSE subjects also apart from your semester papers. If you can do then you can join in ECE also.

Both have good scope but the most important is you have to own skills which make you extra-ordinary from rest.

JSS Academy college is overall a good college with lush green campus,it is situated in outskirts.They have good faculities, who teaches more than the syllabus.With the VERVE fest each year.Placement with maximum package is about 5-7 lakh per annum.Hostel food is not that great.

Sorry to say but on this general rank of 4465 it looks nearly impossible for you to get admission in JSS Academy Of Technical Education (JSSATE) Noida for MBA because the rank range for admission in MBA in JSS Noida is 42 - 271 and it remains same for all the 3 rounds of counselling.

Firstly it's your decision where you want to put yourself. It might be difficult for you to choose. So let me make it a bit easier for you. Both are good in their own aspects. If you want a to join a non-core field then choose JSS but if you really what to learn all about engineering and know what exactly is so you should go fir mmmut. And trust mmmut is the best according to me. The faculty, education system is very good. At the end of the day it's you who should make a choice, so make it worth.
