This will depend on your caste category as well because cutoffs vary for different castes as well.

Below is the cutoff list (PGCET Ranks) for 2017 for MCA course at SJCE, Mysore for different castes:

Congratulations for you rank. According to the previous years cutoff, you have a great chance of getting admission in both the colleges, ie, NIE and SJCE. Cutoffs vary every year due to paper difficulty level, no of students appearing for the exam and counselling and no of seats available in the college for the course. So apply for the counselling.
