Firstly, it depends on the branch you want. If you don't want to pursue anything but information sciences you'd have to go to ITGGU. I'd recommend NIT Raipur over ITGGU because of the better exposure and the NIT tag as well. Ofcourse both colleges are really good but

B.Tech in Bio-Medical Engineering (B.Tech BME) is an undergraduate course of engineering. Top Institutes offering this course are:
