The medical courses in India are MBBS, BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses, Courses like Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Therapy, Occupation Therapy fall under Para Medical Courses. And NEET is the entrance examination for admission to MBBS,BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. So to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th. So if you studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your 12th, you can appear for NEET and study any of the medical courses. If you have studied Biology as an additional subject, even then you can appear for NEET. But if you haven't studied Biology, unfortunately you can pursue Medical Courses but you can pursue B.Pharmacy.

Hello Aditi,
The eligibility criteria for admission to Sunandan Divatia School of Science for integrated MSc. Biomedical Science is a minimum of 60% aggregate marks at Higher Secondary School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent examination from the Science stream with Biology as compulsory subject.
However, the merit list will be based on the marks obtained in Biology in 10+2 or equivalent examination. Additional weightage (5%) will be given to students having minimum 60% marks in Chemistry.
Though I have mentioned the minimum criteria, but the better your 12th percentage will be, the more you stand a chance for admission here. A percentage about 90, can give you can confirmed admission here.
I hope this helps you!
