It all boils down to one question that what do you really want to become.  As per my knowledge just a B. Pharm degree will not work you also have to do some masters regarding it example M. Pharm to earn a respectably good salary. For Biomedical engg you need to properly check for a goof college, their placements, opportunity that you will get from there cause biomedical engineering gives you an indepth study of medicine which will surely help you for your masters in India or somewhere else around the globe.
