Sadly you can't get admission if you have missed your first round of counseling. You could attended the second round of counseling only if you had attended the first.

However something or the other can be done if you contact some people associated with the counseling procedure in KIIT University. So don't lose heart!

It's possible to get a room with your mate/friend. At the time of reporting, you will be provided with the slip of your room number in the hostel. There you should request the officer for your issue and no doubt you will be provided with the same room.
