Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Exam or KIITEE is conducted by KIIT for admission to UG, PG engineering and law courses. Nearly 1.5 lakh candidates appear for the exam every year. KITEEE for biotechnology is a separate paper as compared to KITEEE for other engineering program unlike later the former entrance exam has physics, chemistry and biology section whereas in case of later you have physics, chemistry and mathematics. Hence on the basis of KITEEE biotechnology rank you cannot take admission in computer science engineering.

Since KIITEE is a free entrance examination and is conducted all over the country, so you can expect around 3-4 lakh candidates appearing for exam. So you have secured a really good rank. 

With this rank you will he eligible for the KIITEE merit scholarship. KIIT provides scholarship to top 1000 rank holders of KIITEE 2019 (B.Tech. – 4 years) during his/her study period at KIIT subject to fulfilment of criteria. So you will be receiving a scholarship of Rs 10,000 per month i.e Rs4,80,000 in the entire four year programme. 

KIIT never discloses the marks obtained by the students in KIITEE exam. So it is difficult to get an estimate idea about the score.

As compared to previous year rank cut-offs for CSE stream is filled by 5k and this time you may have a little chance to get expected stream in KIIT if the demand for the stream or competition is not very high.

However, you can get IT which is pretty similar to CSE and same job offers and other branches like Computer science and system engineering or electronics and communication.

I am glad to inform you that you surely can get CSE in SRM University but maybe not in the main campus as CSE cutoff in the main campus last year was 10,000 but you can get CSE easily in other campus and for your information your KITEEE rank is enough to get you any stream you want in KIT University.

Apart  from these you may get ETC and the derivative branches of CSE like computer science and system engineering, computer science and information technology ,computer science and communication engineering, etc not in the first round of counseling but in the second round of counseling since they are in much demand. 

You can get the branches mentioned earlier by me in the very first round of counseling.

Please note that cutoffs can vary as they depend upon factors like number of students who take the test, the difficulty level of paper, number of seats available.
