Dear aspirant!! Congratulations on all of your ranks!! I would like to inform you that you'll surely get CSE in kiit as the cutoff has been 5000 in recent years,have a good chance of getting CSE in SRM main campus as the cutoff has been around 10000 in recent and as far as VIT in concerned you don't have any chances to get CSE in VIT vellore but you do have a chance of getting it in chennai campus and surely get it in Amaravati campus.

Now it's totally up to you what you'll choose,do some research on placements,faculties & infrastructures of all these colleges and reach a decision.

Firstlt, if your rank is below 4000, you can easily get CS/IT. If rank is below 2000, then there is no question. Since your rank is 4004, you may or may not get CS. As the competition is increasing and CS is been in demand like always and not to forget that it is also beneficial for students aspiring for placements, don't loose hope if you don't get in CS, you can take up any other course like CSIT,EEE,ECE and score above 9.0 and transfer to CS. I'm really not sure about the criteria this year but for the past few years, it was rank within 5k to 6k. Seeing your rank i,e; 4004, it is purely based on the counselling. you might probably get CS since some students back out too so you never know.
