According to placements in my opinion you should choose KIIT bhubaneswar as the placement scenario is quite good over there for a couple of years.

There is no such official definition for any tier category. But in general sense KIIT is tier 3 college. Tier 1 colleges are IIITs, top NITs and BITS only.

These both are NAAC A grade colleges rates as AAAA. Both are very much similar in nearly every aspect. Go fir institute which is nearer to your home.
yes you can get admission very easily with good branches
I wouldn’t recommend to opt for these branches because these branches are just to increase the no. of seats in school of computer engineering.
these branches create complications in future carrier and they are made insole purpose of somehow increasing the no. of seats and admitted students.

If you have a JEE mains rank good enough to get CSE/IT in JIIT (sector 62 one) then you can go for either of them. Placement wise both are at similar level for CS/IT (in terms of visiting mass recruiters and high end companies like Amazon, SAP Labs).

I would personaaly suggest you to choose KIIT over DAYANAND SAGAR college if finance is not a issue for you as the fees of KIIT is a bit higher than DAYANAND SAGAR.KIIT is better than it because it has better campus life,faculties,better future offers and placements and more
