Actually both the collages are good.In the placements point of view both the collages are same but kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology is good because Almost 140+ companies have visited this campus in 2017-2018 for placements.
In the placements point of view kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology is better then compared to Madras Institute of Technology.
I would prefer KIIT. Decent college with good reputation.
