The cutoff varies year to year so it would be tough to tell you the exact but a score of more than 470 to 490 in NEET entrance exam can fetch you a seat in KIIT.

Hi Gaurav, KIIT and SRM both are topmost private institutions in India.according to the cutoffs trends in both case you are eligible for CSE to mean in both university you can get admission.
if you check the review about placements, infrastructure, education quality then SRM university is the best option
