          Yes you may get chance in second or third round of counselling with your General or SC rank in KIITEE. You also have to take care of the branches you are taking admission in. Don't go for Computer Engineering as the closing rank for computers will be too

well it seems difficult as they require you to be under 100 in the general rank but still you can visit the official website of the KIIT or you can also contact directly the university and clear your doubts.
