COMEDK and PESSAT is for the students of different states that is other than karnataka students can also participate in this exam.
But KCET is for the students who are studying in Karnataka and not for other state students.
And fees is very less if you get a seat

No you cannot give MHCET because you belong to karnataka.but you can gibe exams like comedk in Karnataka there is in maharastra .but fee would be on higher side compared to CET.So you can try out KCET which is in the month of april.

If you do not fullfill any of the eligibility clause set up by Karnatake Examination Authority, it simply means that you are not eligible to answer KCET 2019.
