As of now, there is not such compulsion that you should be a Karnataka State Candidate to appear for KCET.
The only eligibility required with respect to citizenship is that you should be an Insian Citizen to appear for KCET.
And since you are a domicile
Hi Arvind , KCET is conducted by the government of Karnataka. In rules it is strictly mentioned that the candidate should have the domicile of karnataka . So you can not give KCET.
