for OTHER STATE STUDENTS, who have not comes under this above eligibility will need to satisfy some other eligibility criteriae,

According to the official website of KCET, the limitation on number of attempts of  KCET is not mentioned. But one can appear for KCET if age less than 24 years.

PU stands for Pre- University (PU) marks in KCET EXAM.
