You can't apply for KCET if you are from other state. If you have studied for a period of minimum 7 years in Karnataka state then you can apply for KCET if not you can't apply.

If you are talking of medical colleges,unlike Engineering colleges, medical colleges don't have placements as in Campus recruitment, etc. So you cant specify how many placements
