If you wantto get a seat in mbbs in KArnataka via NEET through state counselling then you need to get a domicile ecrtificate in Karnataka. Without a domicile ecrtificate you cannot get a seat via state counselling. However you may get a seat via all india quota. I
If you are interested in medical then you must pursue you interest for better future and to give your best in life and serve society in better way.you should skip your Kcet counselling if you are determined and have much interest in medical.
