Hi Santosh, hope you are doing well. Yes you are eligible for KCET examination.Because in the eligibility criteria of KCET examination age factor is not mentioned.
But you must be a citizen of India, have passed class 12th with Physics and math is compulsory subject and chemistry, biology  AS  optional

if I had applied for kcet 2019 but not written exam..so this year should we enter 2nd attempt while applying??

Rachna, only when you have appeared for an exam, it is called an Attempt. So in 2019, if you haven't written the exam, it will be still counted as your non appearance. Only when you appear for the exam will it be called as an Attempt.

can other states student apply for KCET 2020 without domicile of karnataka?

KCET is an entrance examination for admission to Engineering, B.Pharmacy, Farm sciences courses at State level in Karnataka. And this exam is for Candidates who fulfil the domicile criteria of Karnataka. You should have studied in Karnataka for atleast a period of 7 years to be eligible for Karnataka domicile.

Many 1st year engineering student appear for entrance examination while doing full time degree courses so nothing untoward is going to happen to your current seat if you won't be able to clear it. KCET eligibility criteria states that candidate should have completed 2nd PUC/10+2 from physics, maths

The KCET cutoff is different for different institutes and courses and will be prepared according the differing categories.If you secure a rank within 4000 for a safer side, you may have a chance to get B.Sc forestry in good colleges, perhaps even top colleges in Karnataka.

Other state students are not eligible to apply for KCET exam. In order to appear for this Examination you will have to fulfill the eligible criteria mentioned by them ,that is you must have atleast 7 years of education from any Institute from karnataka. So if you fulfill that you

Hope you are doing great.

In KCET 2020 , the reservation criteria says that you are only eligible for the exam if you have studied in Telangana for seven plus years . If you fulfill this eligibility criteria then only you can appear for this exam else not.
