No, as per the information available now there is no more rounds of KCET counselling. 

The authorities is conducting the counselling of KCET 2019 to provide B.Tech admission into the participating institutes. KCET 2019 Counselling Process was started by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) from June 6, 2019.

thanks for asking your query ,in this case if the alloted seat in college is left over by a student then may have a chance to get that seat else it is not possible at all to get a pre alloted college after the extended round.
