If you have state domicile of Bihar then definitely  you will be eligible for 85% state counselling . In case if you dont have state domicile then try to make one or atleast generate a domicile slip otherwise it will be very difficult for you. Go ahead all

Hi Nishchal,on comparing your jee mains and kcet ranks.... My best suggestion is to go with kcet rather than jee mains. As you are an obc canditate it is difficult to get into best nits or gftis by this rank...so on this note it will be better to go with

No, I mean  Generally it's not the case in any university or college. The candidate needs to be present for the documents verification process as I know. But you may request them if the reason is genuine so as they consider they maybe you have a chance.

Round 1 had  9000 cutoff 

Last year it was 13 thousand closing rank for sjbit ECE round 2

You can try for mechanical civil engineering as the cutoff is 33 thousand .
