If you have state domicile of Bihar then definitely you will be eligible for 85% state counselling . In case if you dont have state domicile then try to make one or atleast generate a domicile slip otherwise it will be very difficult for you. Go ahead all

No, I mean Generally it's not the case in any university or college. The candidate needs to be present for the documents verification process as I know. But you may request them if the reason is genuine so as they consider they maybe you have a chance.

You can try for mechanical civil engineering as the cutoff is 33 thousand .
