With the rank you have mentioned  it is a bit difficult to get a veterinary seat. The window of ranking getting seats through KCET for ST reservation students would be within 12k. I would suggest you to broaden your options and keep them open.

Veterinary colleges would demand rankings better than what you have mentioned  Although you have the reservations, a ranking within 8k would be a safer rank to get admitted in a veterinary college of the state.

If you want a free seat in the counselling there are few ways either you have to be in th topper list of the cutoff and you get a seat what you want or if you  belong to some other category with less income then also there is
